If you have a rental property and you're charging $2,500 or less, I recommend that you don't add appliances with bells and whistles. First, a simple refrigerator that doesn't have a water line. You don't have to offer ice maker to your refrigerator. Pull out your disposal if that's there or don't put one in. And number three, your stove top should be just a basic stainless steel smooth top stovetop.
